The Del Ozone Check Valve for 1/4-Inch Tubing (7-1140-01) is a replacement one-way check valve for Del Ozone generator ozone injection tubing (1/4-inch OD). The check valve prevents water from back-siphoning from the pool or spa into the ozone generator when the pump shuts off, protecting the generator from water damage. Check valves in ozone systems should be replaced annually as preventive maintenance, as a failed check valve can allow water to enter and destroy the ozone cell within hours. Compatible with Del Ozone generator 1/4-inch tubing connections and other ozonators using 1/4-inch tubing.
