Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST will begin processing the same day.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We currently ship to addresses within Canada. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard & Express Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
- Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders totaling over $150.
Heavy or Bulky Items:
Please note that certain heavy or oversized products are excluded from standard shipping rates and the free shipping offer. These items require a custom shipping quote. If your order requires a quote, we will contact you via email or phone with the shipping costs before processing your payment.
P.O. Boxes
Please note that some of our carriers have restrictions on shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box and we are unable to fulfill the delivery through our standard carriers, we will contact you to request an alternative physical shipping address.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
