Our Story
Crystalview Pool, Spa & Patio has been part of North Vancouver's backyard story since 1986. Four decades, one showroom, one family commitment: give every customer honest advice and stand behind every product we sell — long after the delivery truck has left.
We're not a big-box retailer. We're not a travelling expo that rolls into town for a weekend and disappears on Monday. We're a 15,000-square-foot showroom at 104 Philip Avenue, North Vancouver, staffed by people who genuinely know what they're selling — and who you'll be able to reach in year six when your pump needs attention.
40 Years of Outdoor Living
When we opened in 1986, buying a hot tub or quality patio furniture meant sitting down with a specialist — someone you'd see again. That hasn't changed. What has changed is the scale of what we carry, the depth of our service team, and the number of North Shore families who've trusted us with their backyards across multiple generations.
- 1986 — Crystalview opens in North Vancouver with a focus on honest, specialist advice.
- 1990s — We become one of the Lower Mainland's most trusted Jacuzzi and Sundance Spas dealers, learning what holds up through BC winters.
- 2000s — We expand to 15,000 sq ft and grow our patio, fire table, and outdoor kitchen offering as backyards become true extensions of the home.
- 2010s — Saunas join our floor as wellness culture goes mainstream; we bring in Visscher and Hekla and invest deeply in the category.

The customers who bought their first hot tub from us in the early 1990s are now helping their adult children choose one. The patio furniture we sold a family in Coquitlam in 2008 still gets sat in every summer. That kind of relationship is what four decades in business actually means.
