The Pentair Rainbow RTL Filter Drain and Vent Valve (R172224X) is a replacement combined drain and air vent valve for Pentair Rainbow Dynamic Series RTL and RCF spa filter canisters. The drain valve allows the filter canister to be drained for cartridge replacement or spa draining, while the vent function releases trapped air from the filter canister during startup. A leaking or stuck drain valve will cause continuous water dripping during operation. Compatible with Pentair Rainbow Dynamic RTL and RCF filter canister series.
