Forty years is a long time to be in any business. In retail, it’s rare. In a category like outdoor living — where customers spend serious money and expect to be looked after for years afterward — it means something specific.
It means we’ve earned the right to say we know what we’re doing.
This weekend, we’re celebrating four decades in North Vancouver with the biggest sale in our history. Steep discounts across the showroom, three days only, in-store only. If you’ve been thinking about a hot tub, a sauna, or finally pulling the trigger on that patio set — this is the weekend to come in.
Why We’re Doing This
We don’t run a lot of sales. We’ve never been a “permanent markdown” kind of store, and we’ve never needed to be. Our reputation in Greater Vancouver has been built on honest advice, fair pricing, and being here when things go wrong — not on creating urgency with artificial discounts.
But 40 years is worth celebrating properly. And the best way we know how to say thank you to the thousands of families who’ve trusted us since 1986 is to put our best prices ever on the floor — and open the doors.

Saturday May 23 — 9:30am – 4:30pm
Sunday May 24 — 10:00am – 4:00pm (special opening)

Every major category in our showroom is included in the anniversary sale pricing — steep discounts across hot tubs, saunas, and patio furniture. We’re not going to list every SKU and every markdown here, because honestly, the best way to understand what’s on offer is to come in and see it.
What we will say is this: if you’ve visited us before and thought “I’ll wait for a better price” — this is that moment. We haven’t done pricing like this before and we don’t know when we’ll do it again.

Travelling spa expos come to the Lower Mainland a few times a year. They set up, they sell hard for a weekend, and they’re gone by Monday. When something goes wrong six months later — and with hot tubs and saunas, things always need attention eventually — there’s no one to call.
We’ve been at the same address in North Vancouver since 1986. The same team. The same service department. The same phone number. The families who bought from us in the 1990s are now sending their adult children to us. That kind of loyalty doesn’t happen by accident.
