A hot tub is not a small purchase. Neither is a sauna, or a quality patio set that's going to anchor your outdoor space for the next fifteen years. Travelling spa expos come to town with compelling deals and high-pressure weekends. They move on Monday. We've watched them cycle through Greater Vancouver for decades. The families who bought from those events eventually find their way to us — looking for service, warranty support, and someone to talk to.
Being in business for 40 years means we've seen every hot tub brand, every patio trend, and every sauna technology that's come and gone. Crystalview Opens in North Vancouver

Hot Tubs Become a BC Lifestyle
As demand for spas grew across the Lower Mainland, we became one of the region's most trusted specialists — partnering with Sundance and Jacuzzi.
2000s
Expanding to Patio & Outdoor Living
We grew our showroom to 15,000 sq ft, adding fire tables, outdoor kitchens, gazebos, and premium patio collections.
2010s
Sauna Wellness Takes Root
Traditional and infrared saunas joined our floor as wellness culture grew. We added Visscher and Hekla to our lineup.

The sauna renaissance is real, and it's not going anywhere. From traditional Finnish steam to full-spectrum infrared, the science behind regular sauna use — reduced inflammation, improved cardiovascular health, better sleep, deeper recovery — has moved from wellness blogs to peer-reviewed journals. BC families are building saunas the way previous generations built decks.
We carry two distinct sauna families: traditional electric saunas for the authentic high-heat, steam-ritual experience, and full-spectrum infrared saunas for a gentler, deeply penetrating heat that works at lower ambient temperatures. Both are available in our showroom.
Traditional Saunas — The Visscher Luxe Line and Hekla Traditional 160 and 210 series bring the Nordic ritual home, with quality electric heaters, beautiful wood interiors, and the option of löyly steam. Built for BC's outdoor climate and designed to last decades.
