SIGHT GLASS & GASKET

The Pentair Sight Glass and Gasket for Pentair PacFab HiFlow Multiport Valves (271106) is a replacement sight glass window with its sealing gasket for Pentair PacFab HiFlow multiport valves (models 262504, 262505, 262506). The sight glass allows the pool owner to visually observe the water flowing through the valve during backwash -- when the water runs clear, the backwash cycle is complete and the filter can be rinsed and returned to filter mode. Note: valves manufactured before March 1, 1993 do not have a sight glass. Replace the gasket (271106) whenever the sight glass is removed to ensure a leak-free seal.
