1/4" Corrosion resistant check valve

The 1/4-Inch Corrosion-Resistant Check Valve for Pentair Rainbow Chlorinator (R172323) is a replacement check valve for Pentair Rainbow automatic chlorinator feeder tube connections. The check valve prevents back-siphoning of concentrated chlorine or bromine solution into the pool suction plumbing when the pump shuts off. Corrosion-resistant construction withstands constant exposure to chlorine and bromine chemical solutions. Replace annually as preventive maintenance or when back-siphoning is detected (indicated by chemical odour near the pump suction fittings). Compatible with standard Pentair Rainbow 300-series chlorinator installations.
