DRAIN PLUG W/GASKET

The Hayward Drain Plug with Gasket (SPX1700FGV) is a replacement drain plug with sealing gasket for Hayward pool pump strainer pots. The drain plug seals the strainer pot drain port for normal operation and is removed for winterization to drain the pump. Replace when the plug is cross-threaded, the gasket is leaking, or annually as preventive maintenance. Apply Teflon tape or use the supplied gasket for a leak-free seal. Genuine Hayward replacement for compatible pump models including NorthStar and MaxFlo series.
